When will my course be reported?
If the state requires the school to report course completions, we will report the completions within the specified time frame outlined by the state. You can refer to the requirement details on the course catalog page for specific reporting information. Please note that course completions do not reflect immediately once they are submitted and may take additional time to process. Once your course is reported, the date of reporting will be reflected in your account.
Do you report my courses?
If the state requires the school to report course completions, we will report the completions within the specified time frame outlined by the state.

How do I set up a proctor appointment?

Does my exam need to be proctored?
Some courses do require a proctored exam at the end of the course. Please see our Proctoring Instructions page, as well as resources within the course.
How do I reset my password?
On the Student Log In page, you can select the Forget Password link and enter in the email address associated with your account. This will generate an email to the email address we have on file with your password.
What is today’s promo code?
Visit our homepage and check the rotating carousel for today’s promo code. You’ll find it highlighted there.
Why won't my courses load?
- Clear your cache: Follow the steps listed here.
- Enable JavaScript: Follow the steps here.
- Restart your computer: Reboot your computer and try again.
- Restart your router: Power cycle your internet modem/router by pulling the power cable out, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in.
- Use Chrome: If you aren’t already using it, download the latest version of Chrome here.
Why is my course expired?
For information regarding the course expiration policy, please review our Terms and Conditions here. If your course does expire, you may repurchase it at a 50% discount for 30 days following the expiration. Please note: a repurchased course does not carry over progress from the expired course.

What is the refund policy?
The CE Shop is committed to student satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, The CE Shop will refund the purchase price of any course if the refund request is submitted within thirty (30) days of purchase, prior to course expiration, and the course is not more than fifty percent (50%) complete.
Regarding Exam Prep Edge, The CE Shop will refund the purchase price of any Exam Prep Edge product if the refund request is submitted within thirty (30) days of purchase and if the initial assessment has not been completed.
The CE Shop does not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
What is seat time?
Some states require a minimum amount of time to be active in the course. You will see your seat time in the upper-right of your course.
Do I have to complete all the course material?
From the table of contents in any course, you can view the percentage of course content that you’ve completed, as well as the time you’ve spent in the course. In order for us to issue a completion certificate, your course must be 100% complete. If applicable, the minimum time required for your state must also be fulfilled, and the final exam passed.
How do I start my course?
In the upper right-hand corner of our website, select My Account and enter the email address and password that is associated with your account. Once you log in, you'll be redirected to the account page. From this page, you can launch the coursework. If you are already logged in, select My Account. From this page, you can launch the coursework.
