This $85 Million Washington Estate is Another Record Breaker

A waterfront estate that was recently listed for $85 million is reported to be the highest-priced home in the history of Hunts Point. The home, which was originally built for the supreme saxophonist Kenny G and is now owned by telecom titan Bruce McCaw, doesn’t cut any corners when it comes to luxury living.

Currently listed for sale at a whopping $85 million, this water-front home showcases Western Washington’s wealth.

The previous record-holder sold just two years ago for $60 million to Edifecs Inc. CEO Gurpreet Singh.

Hunts Point Home Details

The house was built in 1995 for none other than Kenny G. In 1999, the musician sold the home to Craig McCaw. Craig McCaw later sold the home to his brother and sister-in-law Bruce McCaw and Jolene McCaw.

Hunts Point is full of impressive homes, but this waterfront mansion is by far the cream of the crop. Sitting on 4.3 acres of land, the 17,599-sq.-ft. home is the largest property on the peninsula. The private dock on Lake Washington is more like a private marina, with room to accommodate a 150-ft. yacht, seaplane, jet skis, and plenty of boats.
