Complete your course in as little as one month
The live online course schedule is provided in your course. Each week typically has two sessions scheduled in the evenings.
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires salesperson license applicants to successfully complete 40 hours of pre-licensing education. Live interaction between and instructor and students is required for more than half of the course. As such, approximately 21 of the 40 hours must be completed via live online delivery. Details and the live online course schedule are provided from within the course. The remaining 19 hours of content can be completed self-paced and in any order. Once this is completed, the student is allowed to sit for the Massachusetts Salesperson Licensing Exam.
PSI will no longer schedule exams without approval from the MA Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons. Candidates must mail their application to the PSI office in Boston to get pre-approved to take the licensing exam.
