The CE Shop Foundation is celebrating its 10th anniversary and we want to shout a huge THANK YOU from every rooftop!
Fueled by one of the company’s core values, “We Give Back,” The CE Shop set up The CE Shop Foundation in 2014. For the last ten years, this foundation has been helping fight childhood hunger by supporting Food For Thought, which provides backpacks filled with food to children at 72 schools in the Denver area. Just $5 is enough to feed a family of four for the weekend.
And we couldn’t have done it without our generous students. Over the last 10 years, donations from students and employees of The CE Shop alike have helped to feed 1,277,656 children, their siblings, and parents, which has supported 319,414 families of four for one weekend. That’s the equivalent of 17,745 school buses packed with full bellies!
As a leading provider of online education, The CE Shop team believes that school-aged children should be able to focus on learning rather than worrying about where their next meal will come from.
