Arizona Continuing Education COURSE

Broker Management Clinic 1: Statutes and Rules (Contracts)
No two contracts are ever the same. That’s why you can’t let your guard down when you’re completing or reviewing one. Even a minor error can send a transaction sideways. Luckily, there are some simple steps you can take to reduce your risk and protect your licensees, clients, and customers.
First, stay sharp on the basics. It’s easy to think that if you’ve reviewed one contract, you’ve reviewed a million, but complacency is dangerous in business where everything is constantly changing. Second, expect the unexpected. You never know when one of your licensees is going to knock on your door with a sticky situation she doesn’t know how to handle. And third, create and maintain a policies and procedures manual to help ensure your licensees always know what’s expected of them.
Broker Management Clinic 1: Statutes and Rules (Contracts) addresses all three of these areas so that you’ll be ready for whatever comes your way.
