This complete package includes 28 hours of continuing education courses required for license renewals on or after January 1, 2026:

- Appraising Energy-Efficient and Green Homes (3-hour self-paced course)
- Appraisal Technology and GSE Appraisal Review (4-hour self-paced course)
- Reviewing Real Estate Title, Transfers, and Contracts (5-hour self-paced course)
The USPAP Update Course is delivered via Live Online (webinar) format. Students are required to have a working camera and microphone, and expected to be on camera from the shoulders up for the entirety of the course.
Students attending the USPAP Update course are also required to have a copy of the current USPAP®, USPAP® Guidance and Reference Manual, and Course Manual. After enrolling in the course, students will receive an email with the code needed to access digital versions of these materials.
