This package includes all 90 hours of Pre-Licensing education required in Idaho (Sales Prelicense Module 1 – M1001A and Sales Prelicense Module 2 - M2001A), as well as Idaho Exam Prep Edge.
Idaho requires 90 hours of approved education for a salesperson’s license. Module 1 topics include real property rights and ownership, land use controls, agency, contract law and state-specific contract requirements, real estate finance, license law and laws affecting licensees, and real estate math. Module 2 topics include real estate investment, real estate appraisal, buyer and seller representation, environmental issues, real estate closings, title transfer, leasing and property management, fair housing, and real estate brokerage.
After completing both courses, learners are prepared for the Idaho licensing exam and have the foundational knowledge necessary to be a successful real estate salesperson in Idaho.
