The Louisiana Real Estate Commission has named Transparency, Technology, and Trust as the four (4) hour mandatory course topic for 2026. The 2026 mandatory course topic is required for all active real estate licensees.
This course is delivered via Live Online (webinar) format. Students are required to have a working camera and microphone, and expected to be on camera from the shoulders up for the entirety of the course.
