Every real estate transaction is unique and with that uniqueness often comes ethical gray areas. This three-hour live online course, aligned with current NAR requirements, helps licensees deepen their knowledge and practice of the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. You’ll explore the differences between laws, morals, and ethics; examine the Code articles most often involved in complaints; and analyze real-world dilemmas to see how the Code provides clear solutions.
Through interactive discussion, polling, and case studies, you’ll gain practical strategies for:
