This course provides 40-hours of instruction in principles and practices of real estate, required of all applicants for a salesperson’s license in Vermont. Topics include agency relationships and contracts, real property ownership/interest, finance, real property, marketing regulations, property management, real estate calculations, the Vermont real estate commission, licensure, regulations governing activities of licensees, laws related to real estate, and broker topics.
