This course focuses on the most prominent issues currently facing Wisconsin real estate licensees. To assist licensees in identifying and resolving these issues, the course offers numerous real-world examples and addresses important legal issues, including termination of agency, licensee duties, access to property, interactions with other licensees, representation of consumer fees, and prohibited conduct. This course will contribute to licensees' continued success as an outstanding real estate professionals
