This course focuses on the most prominent issues currently facing Wisconsin real estate licensees. To assist licensees in identifying and resolving these issues, the course offers numerous real-world examples and addresses important legal issues, including termination of agency, licensee duties, access to property, interactions with other licensees, representation of consumer fees, and prohibited conduct.
