Pre-Licensing

Alabama requires 60 hours of
Pre-Licensing education
to get your real estate Salesperson License or 60 hours of Pre-Licensing education to get your Broker License. If you hold a real estate license from another state and wish to practice in Alabama, you’ll need to take a 6-hour course in Salesperson reciprocal real estate law or a 6-hour course in Broker reciprocal real estate law.
