To get a Michigan Real Estate Broker license, you need to meet a few requirements. First, you must have worked as a full-time real estate salesperson for at least three years or have similar experience. Once you meet this requirement, you can start the process of getting your broker license.

To do that, you'll need to complete 90 hours of approved coursework within 36 months of applying. If you've been licensed continuously, you might not need to take the full 90 hours.
