Individual New York Courses
The courses below are for students who have completed previous education. The 32-Hour Broker Remedial course is designed for broker license applicants who successfully completed the 75-hour salesperson prelicensing course and the 45-hour broker prelicensing course prior to December 21, 2022. The 30-Hour Salesperson Remedial course is designed for currently licensed salespersons who completed the NY 45-hour salesperson licensing course prior to July 1, 2008, and are now seeking a NY broker’s license.
