Where are you in your Rhode Island real estate career?

There’s no better time to get started. To get started, you’ll first need to complete Pre-Licensing coursework and pass the licensing exam. Although Rhode Island doesn’t allow Pre-Licensing education to be taken online, they do have complete reciprocity with Massachusetts. This means that you can take our 40-Hr. MA Pre-Licensing course, pass the MA licensing exam, and then apply for a license with Rhode Island.

Rhode Island doesn’t allow online Pre-Licensing, but thanks to complete reciprocity with Massachusetts, you can take this 40-hr. course and still get your Rhode Island license from the comfort of your own home.
