The Commission also has a Contact Us page where you can ask questions. Make sure to include your name, TREC ID, or license number when submitting your inquiry. If you do not have your license number, you can look it up using their License Holder Search tool.

Online Licensing Service This is where you submit applications, submit your CE, renew your license, and upload necessary documents.
Application for Inactive Real Estate Sales Agent License This application is for your initial inactive sales agent license. Don’t use this form if you were licensed as a Texas broker or sales agent in the past two years.
Application for Real Estate Broker License By an Individual This application is for your initial broker license by an individual.
Application for Real Estate Sales Agent License by Current or Previous Broker This application should be used as an initial sales agent license by a current or previously licensed broker.
Affidavit in Support of Claim for Experience Use this form to submit an affidavit supporting a claim for qualifying experience for an individual broker license.
Supplement A-Qualifying Experience Report For a Broker License Submit qualifying experience for an individual broker license with an initial application with this form.
Supplement B-Qualifying Experience Report for a Broker License After an Application Has Been Filed This form is to be used to submit qualifying experience for an individual broker license after an initial application has been filed.

Individual Continuing Education (CE) Elective Credit Request for State Bar Course This form can be used to request CE elective credit for a course taken for State Bar credit.
Reinstatement of Sales Agent License or Broker License By an Individual If you want to reinstate your license, use this form. This form is specifically to be used to reinstate a license that has been expired more than six months, but less than two years.
Application for a Broker License By a Business Entity This application is for an initial broker license by a business entity.
Real Estate Sponsorship Form If you are a sales agent wanting to change your sponsoring broker or change to active status, submit this completed form.
