This complete package includes all 15 CE hours required for individuals who received their initial license on or after October 1, 2023 AND are renewing for the first time. Courses included in this package:

  • Maryland Contracts (3 mandatory hours - Course Topic J) 
  • MREC Brokerage Relationships & Disclosures and Seller Disclosures (BRAD-SD) (3 mandatory hours - Course Topic K)
  • Principles of Maryland Real Estate Practice (3 mandatory hours - Course Topic L)
  • MD Property Management and Landlord-Tenant Laws (3 mandatory hours - Course Topic M)
  • Maryland Real Estate Code of Ethics for Initial Licensees (1.5 mandatory hours - Course Topic N)*
  • Real Estate Financing Review (1.5 mandatory hours - Course Topic O)

*This course was designed by The CE Shop to meet the REALTOR® Code of Ethics Training Requirement. Confirm that your local association, who administers the Code of Ethics training, will accept this course. Please note that even though this course is approved by MREC for 3 hours, the course only counts towards 1.5 hours of mandatory ethics credit. The additional time is not carried over.
