Oregon BASS topics include real estate business operated under the title of "registered business name" only; the addition of the term "client trust account," when explaining clients' trust accounts and client security deposits; and written delegations of authority by the real estate business owner; topics include a new "Final Agency Acknowledgement" form and new content on the topic of closing real estate transactions.
