West Virginia Appraisal Law
This course provides three hours of instruction in West Virginia Appraisal Law, which satisfies a portion of the continued education needed for licensure in the state. Topics include The Appraisal Foundation, FIRREA, and federal components to set up the state specific subjects. Then the course dives into the Appraisal Subcommittee, the establishment of the Appraisal Foundation, and the role of the Appraiser Qualifications Board and Appraisal Standards Board in unison with West Virginia requirements for licensure and ethical appraisal practice. To wrap up this course, you will learn about the West Virginia Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board, appraiser classifications in the state, and investigative and hearing procedures along with prohibited actions for West Virginia Appraisers.
